This policy applies to the use of this website. It does not apply to third-party websites and services opened via a link.
3. Technical delivery
When you visit the website, technically necessary connection data may be processed, including IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser and device information. This processing serves the secure and stable delivery of the website and the defence against technical attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Contact
If you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we process the information you provide in order to respond to your enquiry and to initiate or carry out a potential business relationship. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where necessary, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We keep this information only as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and meet statutory retention obligations.
5. External services and links
This website links to WhatsApp for contact, and to Google Maps for location searches. The yacht portfolio is technically provided through an external specialist provider. When you open these services, their respective privacy notices apply. This website does not use embedded social-media plugins.
6. Cookies, analytics and advertising
In this initial version, we do not use analytics or advertising trackers, create user profiles or send newsletters. We do not set non-essential cookies ourselves. Technically necessary processing for delivery and security of the website remains unaffected.

Under the GDPR, you have in particular the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection.
